When I was in high school, I knew that massage therapy was the path for my future.It fascinated me that in a short time you could affect the tension in someone's muscles and help them relax.

I enrolled and graduated from a private school in Ontario with 2200 hours. After working at a spa and a fitness centre I moved to Alberta. It's been 30 years of working in a wide variety of settings such as office massage, chiropractor office, veterans centre, pain clinic as well as a lot of mobile massages.

Recently I moved to the Okanagan area of British Columbia and I am offering my gifts to a whole group of new people.

It's been an amazing career of helping people which always helps me. To have a job you love every day has been such a gift.

My areas that interest me enough to continue taking course after course are:

• Craniosacral Therapy
• Visceral Manipulation
• Somatoemotional Release
• A variety of specific massage techniques such as Trigger Point therapy and Pregnancy Massage.
• I also love to work with children to help calm them with Craniosacral therapy.

I love working with a wide variety of clients with needs from pure relaxation to someone with anxiety or chronic pain.

The different therapies I use each time I treat a patient are what keep me so interested in this line of work. When you have an interest in learning about your body and us working together to release stress and tension the body responds so much quicker.
