For decades, she has been deeply self-educated in food, nutrition, and whole-person health, exploring the impacts of EMFs, mold, environmental toxins, food additives, GMOs, supplements, light, water, movement, and sleep. Her areas of interest also include complex and chronic conditions such as cancer, dementia and Alzheimer’s, autoimmunity, autism, and the diabetes spectrum.
