With a B.S. and M.S. in Molecular Biology, 14 scientific publications, and professional experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Chopra Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, Bridget blends science with ancient wisdom to empower transformation.

After healing her own Hashimoto’s disease during menopause—experimenting on herself like the scientist she is—Bridget created The MEP Method, helping women break free from medical labels, rediscover their authentic voice, and reconnect to their true vitality.
