She brings a holistic approach, backed by 30+ years of experience as a psychiatrist specializing in psychotherapy, to her mission to help women discover their authentic selves and experience happiness and meaning in their lives.
 
Like many, Dr. Lucille has experienced anxiety and depression in her own life. She worked hard to overcome these challenges, and has dedicated her life to helping others achieve the same success with love, support and creativity.
 
As a Life Coach, Dr. Lucille has helped countless women transition from ‘healing and coping better’ to thriving.

Hilary Samuel

Sleep Coach, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC),  and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

Hilary has trained in Gestalt Psychology, Co-counseling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She brings other holistic therapies to her practice including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping) and PSYCH-K. She has also trained in Sleep Science and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.

With an MA in Ecopsychology, she draws from societal, psychological, and spiritual elements to help restore balance in people’s lives

Prior to becoming a health coach,  Hilary worked in the corporate world as a coach, facilitator, and trainer. She brings an attitude of co-creation to her work with clients, seeing it as a partnership, while playing the role of guide, facilitator, and educator.
