A Mynd Myself Community Conversation
About Nourishment that Makes Sense

Recorded – 2026 March 5

Four practitioners.
Many Whole-Person Perspectives.
No Dogma.

  • Why food advice feels so conflicting—and how to think clearly in the middle of it
  • What “bio-individuality” really means (and why one-size-fits-all rarely works)
  • The foundations that tend to matter most—regardless of dietary trend
  • How stress and nervous system state shape digestion and food tolerance
  • Why digestion and absorption are often the missing link (even with “healthy” food)
  • Food as relationship—how fear, control, and perfectionism can distort nourishment
  • Practical ways to simplify—without rigidity or overwhelm
  • How to build trust with your body’s signals over time
  • What sustainable nourishment looks like in real, busy lives
