This means my focus is on creating a compassionate relationship with my clients where they feel comfortable with me to share their life experience.
I offer this work because I woke up to my own trauma and realized I was living in survival mode. I realized I did not feel safe in the world. After realizing this and learning how to regulate my nervous system and discharge my unresolved trauma, it transformed my life. My ideal client is anyone ready to commit to this slow, transformative process so they can learn how to regulate their nervous system and transform how they feel in their body and how they show up in the world.
I began seeing clients in 2001.
Our first session together is our intake session. This session is 1 hour long. Learn more here: https://www.LisaCipparone.ca/
I always suggest clients schedule 1 hour for our time together, however sometimes the appointments are less than this as we allow your body and its threshold of enough to guide our sessions.
