Invitation to find a way to be with your own mortality – some ideas include:

  • Attending a Death Café.
  • Exploring a cemetery.
  • Talking with a loved one about someone who has died.
  • Design a ceremony to acknowledge a grief or death anniversary or life milestone.
  • Start to think about what you would want at your end-of-life.

These activities could be done on your own, with a supportive friend or family member, or with a professional (doula or counsellor).
